Sandra Jamrog

Classes offered: Childbirth education including early pregnancy, breastfeeding, sibling preparation for children attending the birth and new parenting. Classes are held on the upper west side in Manhattan.

Biography: Sandra Jamrog is the mother of four children and a childbirth educator certified in 1978 by the American Academy of Husband Coached Childbirth (Bradley Method). She is also one of the founding members of CEA/MNY, president for three terms and a member of the Board of Directors for 15 years. She teaches for the CEA/MNY teacher certification program, lectures at universities, professional conferences and has written articles for several professional periodicals and books.
